Consequently, you retain all exclusive ownership rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights to the original files you process, as well as the resulting output files generated by our tool. You also bear the sole responsibility for ensuring that you have the legal right to process these images, and you warrant that you will not use our tool to manipulate content that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

Prohibited Conduct

While using our website, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully and respectfully. You are strictly prohibited from using our services to process or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Because we never receive your images, we cannot recover them if they are lost. It is your absolute responsibility to save and download your converted files directly to your personal device before closing your browser tab or navigating away from the page, as all progress will be immediately and irretrievably lost upon exit.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide our tools on an strictly "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
